Nightcrawler's not really a demon. He's just a mutant. Also, aren't all vampires vampire/humans? Technically, vampires could be classified as mutants as well since they are mutated humans. Also the term A.I. is more accurate than "robot". Also, you missed symbiote-- I guess you could put that in under "alien", but it seems like it deserves is own category as well as humans who are mutated through science as Spider-man, The Lizard, Green Goblin, Cage, Captain America. Moon Knight is a TRUE human.
I really hope they introduce him in the second Avengers if not give him his own movie. He is one of the biggest comic book names out there, having been the leader of the Avengers, Heroes for Hire, Thunderbolts etc.
They could do a lot with this hero. If he has his own movie, he can introduce Iron Fist, Daredevil, or even run into Spider-Man. They can jump straight into the Heroes for Hire phase Luke went through with strategically placed flashbacks or base the movie around his origin.
If they introduce him in The Avengers II, I’ll feel bittersweet about it. Bitter because I feel as if he deserves his own film, and sweet because I’d love to see him on the big screen regardless.
Luke Cage was one of the first African Americans to star in his own comic book and can be one of the first African Americans to star in his own superhero movie (behind Blade and Hancock).
Flashy effects and projectiles are fun and all, but I would just love to see Luke and Danny kick ass the old fashion way with nothing but martial arts.
Oooh! Sounds pretty fun. I just finished up a Creative Writing course this summer at one of my local Community Colleges and it was actually a lot of fun! I’m not much of a writer either but I learned a ton.
That’s awesome. Yeah I can’t wait. I’m gonna have a job, and go to school, and have a lady. Life will be :)
This pattern is like an ultimate suspense movie where the story ends with an epic, mind boggling conclusion, and then we’re given something extra after the credits in hopes there will be an anticipated sequeal ;) Hi dogpool! X)
Starcraft 2 addict, just began my second semester at BYU-Idaho.
10hrs a day
Just started my tumblr account, trying to find a voice and consistency in my posts. I begin to gather a decent amount of followers. I make it to 600.
18hrs a day
Find great success. Become dangerously addicted to tumblr, and choose it over sleep. I hit 1500 followers.
20hrs a day
School ends on July 20th and I have no more school. Time is invested in tumblr and 1hr of study a day. I sleep an average of 3hrs a day. I hit 2415 followers. I go home.
Now (July 31st)-
1-3 posts a day
1-2hrs a day
My addiction ends as I become more socially active due to a change in environment. I invest a lot of time with my family and my gf. I now lose followers at the same rate that I gain them. I’m not mad, I’m just glad I still have my tumblr buddies (you know who you guys are).
This is cute, and good luck with a life that’s not “complicated”. It doesn’t exist in the modern world. Sorry
What’s complicated to you isn’t necessarily complicated to me. One may look at a situation and how difficult it is, and another may look at the same situation and how easy it is. Things that are difficult to understand would be “complicated.” So I’ll learn. Learning in the “modern world” is super easy.
As for it being cute (I assume that’s your way of calling it unrealistic), I don’t see why a “not too complicated” life can’t happen nor why you would think it necessary to tell me that my dream is invalid. Assuming that you’ve lived a full life, rich with experience, you’ve never lived mine. You never will live mine. You may have similar experiences as me or other people, but the “modern world” you live in is much different than the “modern world” I live in. I’ll do with my world as I please, ignoring discouraging comments like this one.
Not too sure that your “good luck” was sincere, but thanks dude. Good luck crushing dreams and stuff.
The way it would be: Superpeople > Celebrities > Us
We would be NOTHING. Just little nameless ants. The lot of us would suffer an inferiority complex. That would be the least of our worries.
Let us think about how human these heroes are. Yes they have powers, but they are still susceptible to greed, pride, envy, etc. They make mistakes too. Only when we make a mistake, we either hurt ourselves, hurt others, or go to jail. When they make mistakes, they can kill hundreds, destroy millions of dollars in property, and in some cases, destroy the world we live in. So much power in an imperfect being is asking for trouble.
Now, let us imagine what would happen if these superheroes decide that the government is misguided. I mean, a lot of them work outside the law as it is. What happens when they think “You know, we could run this country the right way.” How long would it take before we were under their righteous rule and how long would it take for us inferiors to lose our voice, more so than it is lost today?
Let’s look at Newton’s 3rd Law! “With every superhero comes an equal and opposite supervillain.” Imagine the chaos and constant danger we would be exposed to. And what would we be able to do about it? NOTHING. Nothing but watch.
All of these things are terrible. But the most destructive outcome would be that we would eventually become dependant on them. What would be left for us to do? What challenges would we face and conquer? We would be best fit to live in a world rid of superheroes where we cause our own problems and solve our own problems.
I used to work for a veterinarian. He seems too young to be started on any topical flea treatment (unless he’s older than 8 weeks). A good bath with Dawn dish soap will kill all the fleas, just make sure to clean your environment too! Definitely DO NOT use Hartz brand! That…
